This customer had a wooden canopy at the front of his home that was in a poor state of repair and leaking. It’s a nice house and the tired canopy spoiled the front appearance.
Following discussions, and agreement with the customer, I replaced the leaky felt, add a flashing where there was none, added UPVC cladding to the front, sides and underneath and painted the 2 supports.
It now is watertight , looks great, will last for years and there is one very happy customer!
