I have had this case for about three months, and I am an adult who is very careful with my phone.
In that time, the plastic tabs on either side of the phone that hold the top of the case (green) to the bottom (black) have broken off. The thin portion of black that goes below the iphone’s button has also broken. I have never dropped my phone.
While this case looks alien-ware slick, the lack of durability should make you think twice about buying it.

Now my wife’s case, which was purchased at the same time as mine, has broken in similar places where mine did.
I am now doubly convinced that this product has VERY dubious durability, and am very upset with having ever spent the money in the first place. Don’t make the same mistake – Buyer Beware!!!!

The first thing you notice about this case is the stunning color. The green has almost a metallic look to it. And with the two tone colors, it has a unique look other cases are lacking.
The plastic has a very nice textured feel to it. I didn’t apply the clear protective film as I already have one on. The inside of the case has a soft material lining which looks like additional protection and to prevent any rub marks in to the phone. The openings line up very well and offer easy access to the necessary buttons.
The only negative was trying to put it on. There are two side tabs that have to interlock when squeezing the pieces together. This is easier said then done. It took me at least 10-15 minutes to put this case on. It was hard to keep pressure on the tabs while pushing the pieces together all at once and trying not to break the tabs off. But once it was on, the case looked to fit very well and had a svelte feel to it. Not at all bulky like many other cases.
I’m leery to what sort of protection it might offer if dropped. But I feel very confident in it’s ability to prevent scratches. And with the stellar look, you can’t go wrong.

I got this case the day I bought my precious iphone. Two weeks later and no drops…but the case’s connecting tabs and the area around them are already cracked. Looks pretty cool….but not durable.

this case looks great on the phone. but not even 3 days on the phone, and removing the bottom portion no more than 5 instances, did the little tabs on the bottom portion (that kinda clicks into place when the bottom is reattached)broke off. guess i’m out for the cost of the case. i’m just glad i didn’t spend more than i did.

I love the green (my favorite color) and the texture is velvety smooth. My only problem with this case is that it fits so snugly that it causes the lower corners of my anti-glare screen protector to lift a little.
